Why We Started AllShips

Between us — Andrew Zellinger and Patrick Macom — we bring over 40 years of combined experience across design, engineering, AI systems, and business strategy. We've built digital products for enterprise clients, architected complex integrations, and designed systems that serve millions of users.

But here's what kept nagging at us: the businesses with the most to gain from smart automation are often the ones with the least access to it. Enterprise companies have entire departments dedicated to optimizing workflows. Small and midsize businesses? They get generic SaaS tools and YouTube tutorials.

That gap is where AllShips was born.

We started this consultancy because we believe the same caliber of systems thinking that powers large-scale operations should be available to a ten-person team running a construction company, a growing law practice, or a retail brand ready to break out.
